It governs your access to and use of the Vantis Steel Customer Portal at portal.vantissteel.com ("Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1. License Grant
Vantis Steel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Portal solely for purposes related to your business relationship with Vantis Steel — viewing quotes, orders, invoices, deliveries, and related documents associated with your company.
This license does not grant you any right to:
- Use the Portal for any purpose other than your business with Vantis Steel.
- Sublicense, sell, transfer, or assign your access credentials to any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Portal.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our written permission.
- Use the Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
2. Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account. Notify Vantis Steel immediately of unauthorized use. Credentials may not be shared. Request additional accounts through your Vantis Steel representative.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Portal to:
- Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Upload or transmit content containing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful elements.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal, other accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Portal.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, design, and functionality of the Portal — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data structures — are the property of Vantis Steel or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. Records and documents specific to your company remain your business records; this clause concerns the Portal software and infrastructure itself.
5. Third-Party Services
The Portal integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.), email delivery services, and electronic signature providers. Your use of features that involve third-party services may be subject to those providers' separate terms and privacy policies. Vantis Steel is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
6. Modifications
Vantis Steel may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Portal at any time. We may also update this Agreement; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Vantis Steel may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, for any reason. You may stop using the Portal at any time. To deactivate your account, contact info@vantissteel.com.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Vantis Steel does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTIS STEEL & SUPPLY CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PORTAL. Vantis Steel's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantis Steel, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Portal or breach of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 16, 2026
Vantis Steel & Supply Co. ("Vantis Steel," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Vantis Steel Customer Portal at portal.vantissteel.com ("Portal") and to information collected through our business relationship with you.
If you do not agree with the practices described here, do not use the Portal.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

- Communications. Quote requests, messages, email, and phone contact records.
We do not collect:
- Credit card or bank account numbers (handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor).
- Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other government identifiers.
- Health information.
- Information about minors.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate the Portal and provide the services you've requested.

- Send transactional communications.
- Maintain records required for accounting, tax, and regulatory purposes.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
- Improve the Portal and our services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Portal and our business.
Service providers:
- Wix.com Ltd. — hosts the Portal and stores business data. SOC 2 Type II certified.
- Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online) — syncs accounting and invoice data.
- EmailJS — sends transactional email on our behalf.
- Kenect — processes text-to-pay messages with PCI-DSS-compliant payment routing.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We select providers that maintain commercially reasonable security and confidentiality standards.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
Business transfers. If Vantis Steel is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide our services. Business records (orders, invoices, mill certifications) are retained in accordance with applicable tax and accounting laws — typically a minimum of seven (7) years.
If your account becomes inactive for seven consecutive years, we archive the account and anonymize personal contact information while preserving the underlying business records as required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- Encryption at rest by our hosting provider.
- Role-based access controls within the Portal.
- Server-side authentication and session validation.
- Regular review of access logs.
- Vendors that maintain industry-standard certifications (SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS where applicable).
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — request a machine-readable copy of your account information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@vantissteel.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

8. International Users
The Portal is operated from the United States. If you access the Portal from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. By using the Portal, you consent to this transfer.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The Portal uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication and session management. These are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. Disabling cookies will prevent the Portal from functioning properly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal or by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
